The purpose of regulation is to regulate the organization and operation of the Precious Metal Exchanges authorized to ensure that the purchase and sale of precious metal is realized in a safe and stable manner and under conditions of free competion and further to determine and announce the prices that emerge, on the basis of the provisions of Article 40/A of Code of Capital Markets, dated 28.7.1981, No.2499 as amened by law No:3794 dated 29.4.1992
